The 3rd International Conference on Advanced Culture Technology (ICACT 2013) will be held on November 14 - 16, 2013 at Seoul, Korea.

ICACT 2015 will be the most comprehensive conference focused on the various aspects of advances in culture technology convergence.
The main purpose of this conference is to improve our research by achieving the highest capability possible in culture technologies. ICACT plans to be held every year to bring together the researchers from academia and industry as well as practitioners to share their ideas, problems and solutions relating to the multifaceted aspects. It includes a full three-day program of keynotes, technical sessions, poster sessions, and exhibits that focus on convergence technology. ICACT 2013 will encourage open discussions on technology alternatives that focus on the management and operation of current and future contents, platform, network and device. Overseas and domestic authors are invited papers related to the theme:"Advanced Culture Technology". Paper with any of the following or related subjects would be appreciated for presentation but not limited to.

JOURNAL PUBLICATION:
Accepted papers will be published in Proceedings of Advanced Culture Technology Letters (ACTL), which will be distributed on the day of conference. If requested, in our periodicals, IJIBC (www.ijibc.org), IJASC (www.ijasc.org), IJACT.
