본 약관은 (사)국제문화기술진흥원 웹사이트(이하 "당 사이트")가 제공하는 모든 서비스(이하 "서비스"라 함)의 이용에 관한 조건, 절차 및 기타 필요한 사항을 규정하는 것을 목적으로 합니다.
본 약관에서 사용하는 용어의 정의는 다음과 같습니다.
서비스 이용시간은 당 사이트의 업무상 또는 기술상 특별한 지장이 없는 한 연중무휴, 1일 24시간을 원칙으로 합니다. 다만 정기점검 등의 필요로 인하여 당 사이트가 정한 날 또는 시간은 예외로 합니다.
[자격증 환불규정]
접수기간내 취소시 100% 환불되며, 시험 5일전에는 50% 환불된다.
[학술대회 환불규정]
사전에 연락없이 불참할 시에는 등록비가 환불되지 않으며, 연기신청만 가능하다.
학술대회 행사 이후에는 일체 환불되지 않으며, 학술대회 5일전에는 80% 환불, 학술대회 10일전에는 100% 환불된다.
[논문지 환불규정]
게재 불가 판정이더라도 심사료는 환불되지 않는다.
논문 게재 후 게재료는 환불이 되지 않는다.
[기타 환불규정]
기타 환불은 통상의 규정에 준하여 처리한다.
회원이 서비스의 이용권한, 기타 이용계약 상 지위를 타인에게 양도, 증여할 수 없습니다.
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의로 행한 범죄행위를 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
본 서비스 이용과 관련하여 발생한 분쟁에 대해서는 대한민국법을 적용하며, 본 분쟁으로 인한 소는 대한민국의 법원에 제기합니다.
